How We Help

Renal Care

Renal care is a team effort in which the patient is as an active team player. Providing adequate patient education is the first step in enabling the patient's participation for successful long term management of this difficult disease.

A nephrologist must have a comprehensive view of the patient rather than viewing the kidney problem in isolation.

Team Approach

We team up with the cardiologist, endocrinologist and sometimes nutritionist and vascular surgeon and develop a care plan in coordination with the primary care physician.  This ensures optimal management of renal care,  as well as timely preparation for dialysis and/or kidney transplantation, when necessary.
